Duration a 1-day course,
During which learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and major bleeding, spinal injuries, crush injuries and more.
This qualification meets the recommendations of the
Emergency First Aid at Work- Forestry Commission Policy and also confirms a learner’s ability to meet a ‘licence to practice’ as determined by the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
Upon Completion Candidates will receive QA Level 2 EFAW + F Certification.
This qualification is valid for 3 years and meets HSE and Forestry Commission recommendations.
